work the brake pipe nuts that goes into the cylinders back and faorwd to make sure you dont snap the brake pipe and if you get them off without snaping the pipes you will have to bleed the brakes after the new ones are on ,and dont pull the hand brake on untill you have gave it a run its a garage thing
